By commissioning me you agree to the following;✧ Terms & Conditions any and all watermarks must be kept on the finished product and I must be credited (either in the description, a panel, or otherwise!) additionally, please do not repost them to your own social media <3 I'll likely be posting them to my own with your tag!
‣ The commissioner does not hold the right to use the finished commission in any AI technology or any blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or any future additions to the space)
‣ As the artist I have full copyright of the commissioned piece.
‣ The final product cannot be edited/altered by any means, all preferred edits must go through me and the commission process. I reserve the right to post, share and or use the art I've done for commissions on my social media, and to use it as future commission examples! If commissioned for fanart, I reserve the right to sell the artwork. (such as in prints, stickers, or artbooks)
‣ All commissions, unless spoken of otherwise, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.✧ Boundaries I will not tolerate any commission requests regarding hate speech of any kind, nor anything that directly attacks someone or a specific group.
‣ I am not comfortable drawing commissions of real people (fanart of celebrities/ship art of real people) and I don't do pet portraits or mechas!
‣ Please feel free to inquire should you have any questions about what I'm comfortable drawing, I'd be happy to work something out!✧ Contact you may contact me through either instagram, or my preferred way through Discord (@phunnist) I do ask that you mention you've been directed from carrd! Please have any references and/or descriptions prepared along with your payment method.
‣ Please have patience, artwork takes time and I will communicate all updates as I work through the commission. Do note that I do not accept AI-generated images as references.✧ Payment is upfront and only accepted through my paypal. I accept CAD/USD mainly but I'm flexible!✧ Refunds are available for 50% of the paid price AFTER the initial sketch, afterward there is no cancellation refund.
